Return Process

  Log into your Sneex account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Sneakers

  Place the unworn sneakers back in their original box and secure them inside a durable shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a free pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the return for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
